We are not fast food, but boy, we’re not slow either. If you’re in a rush just let us know, if you want to linger, feel free, you can even enjoy our free web access. We support the environment totally and what we can recycle we do. We are continuously striving to improve so please let us have any of your ideas.
Our beef is from traditional breeds reared locally and hung for twenty eight days before we use it. Our chicken is free range.We make no apologies for the fact that it’s accordingly more expensive. Our bread is hand baked by the Hobbs House Bakery in Nailsworth overnight and delivered to us fresh every morning. They only use locally milled flour.
Where we can make the food ourselves we do. On the premises our burgers are hand-made, our chunky chips are hand cut, all our sauces and relishes are made on the premises so we can guarantee you fresh, fresh, fresh.
Even our puddings are hand-made. Where we don’t make it we’ve chosen only those suppliers who we consider to be the best of the best. Tap water is pretty much a free resource for us and we think it tastes great. We serve it free so please just ask when you want a refill. |
